THE CABIN

Made from beautiful Nordic Spruce, this storey-and-a- half cozy, rustic cabin is equipped with everything to meet your essential needs. It has a main floor (99 sq. ft.) with a brand new propane fireplace that keeps the building at a pleasant, and consistent temperature. There is a plush, queen-size leather pull-out sofa, a small area for preparing a light, healthy, complementary snack or beverage, native musical instruments if you are so inclined, and a shelving unit filled with various activities that help to quiet the mind, encourage the practice of being present, and hopefully bring you back to centre. There is also an upper loft (80 sq. ft.) with a brand new memory foam, king-size matress/bed, a small vanity area, and an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance. The solitude and comfort this cabin provides, allows you to nourish your body, ground your energy, and honour your soul. This rustic, yet zen-like cabin is located on the owner’s property, at the back of the forest on the beautiful Ausable River. Uniquely, it feels isolated, yet it is 500 feet to the main house, and only minutes from the main street in beautiful Grand Bend. Enjoy the solitude you will feel at the river's edge, the sights and sounds of nature, and the peaceful energy that lovingly wraps this forest. For some of you, the cabin and its contents will be all you need for the duration of your stay.
